Why SusQ-Cyber

So Much More than just a Cyber Program

Why SusQ-Cyber

SusQ-Cyber Charter School is an online public school open to any Pennsylvania student in grades 9 through 12, and even though we operate online, our school offers students a complete high school experience.

Please read the following information to help gain a better understanding of how we operate and to dispel some of the “myths.”

YES... We Are a Real School with Real Diplomas

SusQ-Cyber Charter School is Tuition-Free, Pennsylvania Public Education open to any student in the state. We must operate under the same, strict state guidelines as any traditional public school, using the same standardized testing and graduation requirements.

YES... We’ll Challenge Your Child Academically

We offer the same rigorous coursework as a traditional high school, along with Honors, Gifted, and Advanced Placement coursework. We have also established a chapter of the National Honor Society.

YES... Your Child Can Play Sports

Your home school district must allow your child to participate in any school program not offered by SusQ-Cyber.

YES... Our School Provides Counseling

SusQ-Cyber provides counseling, guidance, compassionate social workers, and similar services as needed by students. A Mentor is assigned to every student.

YES... There are Social Activities

Students and their families have numerous opportunities throughout the year to participate in “family fun nights,” special holiday events, physical field trips, and other extra-curricular gatherings.

YES... Kids with Special Needs are Welcome

We provide a full range of special education-related services and assistive technology.

YES... Our Courses Are Live

Every course is taught during a live, interactive session with real, PA Certified Teachers.
