The SusQ-Cyber Charter School conducts enrollment throughout the the summer and during the school year. If you are interested in enrolling, contact us today for more information. Students planning to enroll must be able to provide the following:
• Proof that the student is entering grades 9 - 12 (transcripts)
• Verification of date of birth (birth certificate, passport)
• Proof of residency (utility bill, tax notice)
• Your academic record (transcripts, reports cards)
• Parent / Guardian's Drivers License (unless 18 or older)
• Copy of the Individualized Education Plan (applicable for Special Education only)
• Proof of Internet Access (copy of Internet service bill)
